SOUTH INDIAN BANK PO ONLINE TEST PATTERN

The first step of South Indian Bank PO Recruitment process will comprised of an objective type test via online mode which will contain questions from four different sections such as- 1. Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, 2. General / Economy / Banking Awareness, 3. English Language and 4. Data Analysis & Interpretation. There will be a total of 40 questions in each section in the exam and all the sections will be of 50 marks each. Hence the total questions will be a sum of 160 and total marks will be a sum of 200.

  • There will be separate ‘sectional’ timings for each section which will vary.
  • All the sections  will have a sectional timing of 40 minutes each, whereas General Awareness section will be allotted only 20 minutes.
  • Candidates need to be careful due to the penalty of 1/4th marks. This means that for every incorrect answer, 1/4th marks allotted to that question will be deducted. .
