SSC Scientific Assistant 2020 Salary Structure

The candidate who gets selected for this lucrative post will get INR 35400 per month.

Qualified candidates for this post will also get allowances like travel, HRA and DA. Including these allowances, the total salary becomes INR 48912.

The Scientific Assistant Salary also varies as per the class of cities in India like X Class cities will pay INR 48912 to Scientific Assistant, Y Class cities will pay INR 46082.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in Science stream (with Physics as one of the subjects)/Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Application or a diploma in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

After 10+2 (Physics & Maths as core subjects) the qualifying degree/diploma should be of three years duration.

BE and B.Tech degree holders are also eligible to apply for this post.

Age Limit

Aspirants who want to appear in this exam should not exceed 30 years of their age as on 4th August 2019.

After successfully conducting the exam, the Staff Selection Commission will announce the Scientific Assistant Result on their official website.
