All the qualified candidates for the post of  RBI Grade B 2020 will be provided with the annual pay scale of 12-14 Lac along with numerous emoluments and perks for the eligible candidates. RBI Grade B 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the entire eligibility criteria to be able to apply for RBI Grade B 2020 Exam:

RBI Grade B Citizenship & Nationality

  • Must be a citizen of India
  • Must be a subject of Nepal
  • Must be a subject of Bhutan
  • Must be a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 who has the intention of settling permanently in India.
  • A person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

RBI Grade B Age Limit: RBI has described its desired age limit for the mentioned post. Candidates must be in the age limit of 21-30 years to be able to apply for the exam.

1. Officers in Grade 'B' (DR) - (General)

  • At least 60% marks (50% with SC/ST/PwBD categories) or an equivalent qualification along with 12th (or equivalent) and 10th Standard exams.

    The minimum qualifying  marks will be aggregate of all years.

2. Officers in Grade 'B' (DR) - DEPR

  • A Master's Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognised Indian or Foreign University /Institute OR
  • Master’s Degree in Economics with any of the sub-categories of economics i.e. agricultural/ business/ developmental/ applied, etc., with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade of all years from a verified Indian or Foreign University /Institute.

3. Officers in Grade 'B' (DR) - DSIM

  • A Master's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years OR
  • Master's Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years and one year post graduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from an Institute of repute; OR
  • M. Stat. Degree of Indian Statistical Institute with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters / years OR
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) jointly offered by ISI Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years.

The bank will soon declare the official notification for the post of RBI Grade B Officer Exam in September 2020. It is a prestigious opportunity for the interested candidates who wants to have a job in RBI. The exam has a three-section recruitment process. Qualified candidates of Phase-I & Phase-II of the exam will be called by the bank for the final interview phase.

RBI Grade B 2020 Exam Results

The result of the exam will be declared after the successful completion of each phase of the exam by the registered candidates. All the candidates must qualify both of the phases- Phase-I and Phase-II exam in order to get a fair chance to the next round of interview process. The merit list will be made in accordance with the marks obtained by the candidates after the interview process is completed successfully. The final selection will be on the basis of how well the candidates have done in their interview phase.
