• After getting selected as an assistant in NIACL, candidates undergo various training in order to learn practical aspects of banking.
• Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Rs 14435-840(1)-15275-915(2)-17105-1030(5)-22255-1195(2)-24645-1455(3)-29010-1510(2)-32030-1610(5)-40080.

NIACL Assistant 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to apply for this exam need to fulfill the eligibility criteria of NIACL Assistant Exam at 2 levels in order to apply for this exam. These are – Age-based eligibility and Educational Qualification.

Age Limit Criteria

• The minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum 30 years.
• This means that the candidate should not be born before 1st July 1988 and not later than 30th June 1997 (both days inclusive) are only eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

• The minimum qualification required for NIACL Assistant 2020 exam is graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• The applicant should have English as a subject at SSC/HSC/Intermediate/Graduate level.
• Proficiency in the regional language of the state, from which the candidates wish to apply.

Nationality Criteria 

The candidates must be either a

• Citizen of India or
• A subject of Nepal or
• A subject of Bhutan or
• A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania
• Migrated students need to read the details provided by SBI through the brochure.

Number of Attempts

NIACL has not mentioned any restriction of a number of attempts. It means a candidate can sit in the NIACL Assistant Exam any number of times.
