NABARD Grade A Salary
Assistant Manager in Grade A is entitled to a basic Rs 28,150 per month within the scale of Rs 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600- 2000(1)-55600. Candidates also are given Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance. At present, initial monthly income is approximately Rs 62,600.

NABARD Grade A 2020 Selection Process

Filling the application form
To appear in the exam, candidates need to fill NABARD Grade A application form 2020 online. The application fees for Grade A is Rs 800 for General and OBC categories and Rs 150 for SC/ST/ PWBD.
Release of admit card
The admit card for RDBS post is released phase-wise. First, NABARD admit card for the preliminary exam will be released. Candidates qualifying the preliminary exam are issued admit card for the mains exam. Interview call letter is issued to candidates qualifying the mains exam. Candidates applying for P&SS post will be issued admit card for interview only.
Appearing in the online test
The online test is conducted for RDBS post. The test is held in two phases, preliminary exam and mains exam. All candidates registering successfully for the exam are required to first appear in the preliminary exam. The duration of the preliminary exam is 120 minutes. The test comprises seven sections and carries 200 marks. Candidates qualifying the preliminary exam will be called to appear in the mains exam. Candidates in the ratio 1:25 are called for the mains exam. The mains exam comprises both MCQ and Descriptive type papers. The Paper I of mains exam is a descriptive type paper while Paper II is MCQ based. Each paper is for 100 marks.
Declaration of result
The result is announced online separately for preliminary, mains and interview. Candidates can check their result from the official website by logging with the required credentials.
Interview
The interview is conducted for candidates qualifying the mains exam by securing a sufficiently higher rank in merit. NABARD will call candidates in the ratio 1:5 for the interview. The interview carries 25 marks.
Preparation of Merit List
The preliminary exam is qualifying in nature. The final merit list is prepared based on the candidates' performance in the mains exam and interview. As vacancies are distributed discipline-wise, therefore, the merit list for each stage is prepared discipline-wise.
