Indian Bank PO 2020 Selection Process
The process of Indian Bank PO recruitment is divided into three stages- 1. Preliminary, 2. Mains and 3. Interview. The complete selection process is defined below:
Submit the application form
Applications are acceptable only in online mode. To submit Indian Bank PO application form 2020, candidates are required to keep documents like scanned photograph and signature, bank card details, email ID etc., ready. Candidates must register for the exam by entering their identification details. After the registration number and password has been generate, candidates must login to submit the detailed application form. The application charge can be paid via online mode which is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs 600 for other candidates.
Release of admit card
The admit cards for Indian Bank PO 2019 for the 1. preliminary, 2. mains and 3. personal interview will be issued to all eligible candidates via online mode only. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards by entering the required identification details. The candidates will not receive any hard copy of the admit cards.
Appear for the preliminary exam
The online preliminary exam is divided into three sections – 1. English Language, 2. Quantitative Aptitude and 3. Reasoning Ability. The test paper will have a total of 100 questions in it. The test will be of 100 marks.
Appear for the mains exam
Selection of the capable candidates for the mains exam will be based on their performnace of preliminary exam. The mains exam is divided into four objective type papers and one descriptive type paper. The test is of 225 marks. Also there is some sectional timings in the mains exam.
Appear for the Interview
The interview will be of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks in interview is 40% for General category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories candidates.
