FEDERAL BANK PO/CLERK 2020 EXAM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The eligibility Criteria such as – 1. Education Qualification, 2. Age limit and 3. No. of chances for FEDERAL BANK PO/Clerk 2018 Examinations are provided below.

AGE

  • Officers – Candidates must be under the age of 26 years  in order to be eligible for applying for the post of Officers.
  • Clerks – Candidates must be under the age of 24 years in order to be eligible for applying for the post of Clerks.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

I. Officers  

  • Post-Graduates must have at least 60% marks in any discipline from any verified University or any other Institutions entrenched by an Act of Parliament or announced as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.  
  • Candidates must have at least 60% marks  from class 10th onwards (for 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation).
  • Candidates must have done their academics (from 10th onwards) in regular mode of study from any verified institution.  
  • Candidates must have done their Post-Graduation during the academic years:  2017-18 or 2018-19 (this should be the passing out year of their post-graduation).

II. Clerks  

  • Candidates must have done their Graduation or Post-Graduation with at least 60% marks in any discipline from a  verified University or any other Institutions entrenched by an Act of Parliament or announced to be a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.
  • Candidates must have at least 60% marks  from class 10th onwards (for 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation).
  • Candidates must have done their academics (from 10th onwards) in regular mode of study from any verified institution. 
  • Candidates must have done their Post-Graduation during the academic years:  2017-18 or 2018-19 (this should be the passing out year of their post-graduation).  

PLACE OF DOMICILE  

(i) Officers:

The habitation state of the interested candidates who wants to apply for the post of Officers must be in any of the States of: 1. Gujarat, 2. Haryana, 3. Karnataka, 4. Kerala, 5. Maharashtra, 6. New Delhi, 7. Punjab, 8. Tamil Nadu or 9. West Bengal.

(ii) Clerks:

The habitation state of the interested candidates who wants to apply for the post of Officers must be in any of the States of: 1. Haryana, 2. Karnataka, 3. Kerala, 4. Maharashtra, 5. New Delhi, 6. Punjab or 7. Tamil Nadu. Nationality of the candidates applying for the exam must be of India.

FEDERAL BANK CLERK EXAM 2020 EXAM PATTERN

Candidates will be chosen by the bank through a selection process which is comprised of- 1. Online test , 2. Group discussion and 3. Interview.  The exam will be comprised of 1. English / Verbal Ability, 2. Quantitative Aptitude, 3. Reasoning / Logical Aptitude, 4. Computer Awareness, 5. General, Socio-Economic Awareness and 6. Digital Banking. All the mentioned sections will remain the same but the number of questions as well as the level of difficulty will be slightly different. The post of PO will have more questions as well as the difficulty level will be high than the post for clerk. Apart from that the time limit will also be different.

FEDERAL BANK CLERK 2020 , HOW TO APPLY

To fill the application form of the exam via online mode, candidates are required to log on to the Bank’s website www.federalbank.co.in,  and must follow the mentioned below steps:

  • At first the candidates are required to go to the ‘Careers' link and  then click  on the ‘Current Openings’ tab.  
  • Click on the link of ‘Recruitment Process 2020’ then. Check out the eligibility criteria as well as the instructions carefully and then apply for the examination.
  • Fill all the required information and then upload the documents being asked in the required format.
  • After you have done filling the details, cross check your form once so that if any error is there you’ll be able to edit and correct it. Once the application is submitted successfully on the website, you will be unable to edit it.
  • At last, you will have to select an online payment method of your preference to submit the application fee. 
  • After you have finished with the above mentioned steps, click on the 'Submit' button to complete the application process.

FEDERAL BANK CLERK EXAM 2020 ADMIT CARD

Call letters for the Online Main Exam/ Personal Interview will be provided to all the eligible candidates via online mode. Candidates are required to download their call letters from the official website by entering their login credentials. No hard copies will be given to any of the registered candidate by the bank. The admit card will have all the necessary information of the exam venue, exam date etc. The admit card along with photocopy and any identity proof has to be produced  by the interested candidates during the online exam.
