SSC FCI stands for Staff Selection Commission Food Corporation of India. The Food Corporation of India(FCI) is a government organization that is responsible for the supply of food grains all over the country. The Staff Selection Commission conducts a national level recruitment exam for various posts in various departments under the Government of India. Like any other government department, in FCI also, the SSC is in charge of recruiting the staff.

SSC FCI 2020 Vacancy

SSC FCI Exam 2020 Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates should be an Under Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university/college of India to become eligible for the SSC FCI exam.
  • SSC FCI exam age limit: As per the prescribed SSC FCI recruitment eligibility, the minimum age should be 18 years and the maximum will be 27 years.

How to apply for FCI Online Application Form 2020

Step 1: First of all, visit the official website of FCI @ www.fci.gov.in

Step 2: Check the Current Recruitment Portal and open it.

Step 3: Download 01/2020-FCI Category III Notification and check important details.

Step 4: Click on the Online Application Form and open it.

Step 5: Fill up mandatory details (Educational & Personal) in the application form.

Step 6: Upload scanned copy of Photo & Signature.

Step 7: Pay the Application Fee via Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit card, Bank Challan.

Step 8: Submit the application form timely.

Step 9: Take a printout of the application form for future uses.

SSC FCI 2020 Selection Procedure

The whole selection procedure is divided into stages or phases. There can be two or three phases depending upon the post. The details for various phases are:

Phase I: This phase involves a written test that is common for all the applicants. This exam would test the applicant's general aptitude, reasoning skills and knowledge of the English language.

Phase II: Candidates who qualify the Phase I of SSC FCI exam proceed to phase II. In phase II, post specific tests are there. The candidate has to give one or two papers depending upon the post.

Phase III: This phase is also known as a Skill test. The candidates applying for the post of Typist and Stenographer only need to give this test, which will test their suitability for the post.

After all these, document verification is there and lastly, the merit list will be formed and candidates whose name is there in the merit list will be offered Job letters.

SSC FCI 2020 Notification

  • The official notification for the SSC FCI 2020 exam is expected to be released in August 2018.

  • The application form for the exam will be released along with the official notification.

  • The exam is expected to be conducted on 1st October 2018.

  • Any new updates and notifications on the SSC FCI exam will be updated here as and when it is released by the conducting body.

SSC FCI 2020 Exam Results

  • Step 1: Candidates can get their FCI result 2018 online by entering their reg. no. and other sufficient details. 

  • Step 2: Those candidates who have cleared the Exams will be sent a counseling letter on behalf of FCI as they prove themselves to be eligible for the PI round.

  • Step 3: The cutoffs will be released by FCI after the declaration of SSC FCI results.

  • Step 4: Candidates have to score equal or more than the cut-off marks to get selected for the SSC FCI recruitment process.

  • Step 5: Candidates can check cut off marks according to their category and zone.

  • Step 6: Selected candidates have to verify their original documents.

 

SSC FCI 2020 Exam Admit card

  • Step 1: Aspirants must visit the official website which is fci.gov.in.

  • Step 2: On the Home page go to the “Download Admit Card” link which will be available once admit card is released.

  • Step 3: Once the link is opened, candidates have to provide all the details regarding your registration number, DOB and enter the verification code.

  • Step 5: Then press the “Download Admit card” button.

  • Step 6: The admit card will be displayed on the computer screen.

  • Step 7: Print it and take a hard copy.

Note: Aspirants have to keep the admit card safely with them it will be asked at the time of the examination. Aspirants without admit card will not be allowed inside the examination hall.
