DMRC Maintainer Exam Pattern 2020
For Executive Cadre Posts, Selection Process will consist of 3 stages:
- 1. Computer Based Test (Paper I & Paper II)
- 2. Group Discussion
- 3. Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination
For Non Executive Posts, Selection Process will consist of 2 stages:
- 1. Computer Based Test (Paper I & Paper II)
- 2. Medical Examination
For Customer Relation Assistant Posts, Selection Process will consist of 3 stages:
- 1. Computer Based Test (Paper I & Paper II)
- 2. Psycho Test (Qualifying only)
- 3. Medical Examination
For Stenographer Posts, Selection Process will consist of 3 stages:

Note:
- CBT Paper II is not for Maintainers Posts (Electrician, Electronic Mechanic & Fitter)
- CBT will be bilingual (English & Hindi).
- There will be a negative marking of 0.33 marks for every wrong answer.
- All candidates have to undergo the medical fitness test(s) and meet the medical standards prescribed by DMRC for various posts
- Psycho Test will be qualifying in nature.
- Skill Test will be qualifying in nature. The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English at the speed of 80 w.p.m. The matter will have to be transcribed on computer only. The transcription time will be of 40 minutes (English).
- Normalization method will be applicable for evaluating CBT results, where the CBT is held in more than one shift.
