Presently there are 195 countries in the world. 193 out of them are member of United Nations and 2 of them are non-member observer states:  the Holy see and the State of Palestine.

Of  the 195 countries worldwide:

54  Countries are in Africa.

48  in Asia.

44 in Europe.

33 in Latin America & the Caribbean.

14 in Oceania.

2 in Northern America.

Russia with an Area of 17,098,242 sq Km is the largest country in the world and Vatican City is the smallest country in the world with an area of 0.44 sq Km.

China with a population of 1,439,323,776 is the most populated country in the world and Vatican City is the least populated country in the world with a population of around 800 people.

The capital cities of all these countries differ in terms of safety, prices, health care, pollution levels and other conditions.

Every country have their own medium of exchange of goods and services which is known as Currency issued by the government of the country, commonly accepted by the people. Currency in the form of papers and coins are used for the purpose of trading goods and services. In the 21st century, the value of currency keeps fluctuating in relation to other currencies.

Kuwaiti Dinar is the highest valued currency in all over the world and US Dollars are considered as the world’s reserve currency.
